Job Description:
We are seeking an expert Application Support Engineer with a proven background in handling .NET applications in production environments across L1, L2, and L3 support models. The ideal candidate should have proven ability and possess expertise in technologies such as Microsoft .NET Core, .NET Framework, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Oracle.
Responsibilities:

• Provide support across L1, L2, and L3 levels, including incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Apply software patches, upgrades, and releases to maintain compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Debug sophisticated problems and perform root cause analysis to resolve impacts, detailing findings in RCA documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, third-party service providers, and vendors for incident and problem management resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams on software updates and releases, applying tools such as GitHub, TeamCity, and Octopus.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability in application support, with a focus on .NET applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Core, .NET Framework, SQL Server, Oracle, and RESTful APIs.
• Previous experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with investment wealth management products is a plus.
• Superb interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully engage collaborators and provide timely updates across various channels.
• Availability for weekend maintenance support and handling critical alerts on an as-needed basis..
