Overview

Responsible for providing day-to-day interface with customers, internal departments and supporting the Outside Sales Representatives to deliver superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, entering and acknowledging customer purchase orders
• Monitoring and expediting production and shipments
• Exceeding customer expectations for timely responses and communication
• Interfacing internally with all departments to better serve customers
• Meeting or exceeding monthly shipping goals
• Meeting or exceeding department key measurements

Qualifications

• A minimum two-year Associates degree
• A minimum of one year of Customer Service or Sales experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Customer Service passion and attitude
• Willing to go the ‘extra mile’ for service and problem resolution
• Able to work with people from all org. levels and backgrounds
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications.
• An accredited four-year Bachelors degree, with a Business concentration preferred
• Five or more years of Customer Service or Sales experience preferred
