Position Summary:
As a Senior CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building
relationships with business stakeholders, translating business process requirements into functional specifications, and driving standard business processes across the global Industrial Aftermarket and Services organization. A Senior CRM Business Analyst will understand business priorities and the relative importance of their activities as it relates to customer experience, internal efficiencies, and corporate strategies.
Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days a week at our Bloomington, MN office/facility.
Role Responsibilities:
Represents the voice of the business when working with the IT development team and business vertical for the evaluation, requirements documentation, design, development, and implementation of new processes and enhancements, configurations and customizations within the D365 CRM platform and other sales enablement tools.
Defines and prioritize initiatives, epics, features, user stories, and bug fixes that align with organizational goals.
Leverages experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and systems to incorporate best practices.
Collaborates with Sales Operations teams to understand business needs, deliver training, and enhance user experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and related tools.
Supports the design and maintenance of dashboards, reports and other tools to provide actionable insights and support data driven decision-making.
Helps troubleshoot technical issues and write detailed Azure DevOps (ADO) tickets for resolution and deployment by the IT development team.
Travel: Up to 15% (may include domestic and international travel)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field
5+ years of proven experience in or as an IT Business Analyst or Sales Operations Analyst, with a focus on D365 or similar
CRM platform support, Power BI, OAC or other visualization tools
Proficient using Excel to analyze data
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Oracle ERP and Oracle BI
Experience working with Microsoft Power BI
Experience using Tableau software
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt between non-technical and technical audience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills and ability to collaborate and multi-task efficiently
Ability to help with other business analytics projects in the future as the role matures
Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Annual Salary Range: $86,200-$111,000. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
