If you want to spend your days on meaningful deals that shape how&nbsp;people watch TV, this is your role.</p> <p><strong>What We're Building<br></strong></p> <p>Philo delivers a live TV streaming experience that's smarter, simpler, and more&nbsp;delightful than anything else out there. Philo’s vMVPD service includes 70+&nbsp;channels, including top-tier networks like Paramount Network, AMC, Lifetime,&nbsp;Comedy Central, Discovery, Nickelodeon and MTV, unlimited DVR, and when&nbsp;made available as part of Philo’s Bundle+ service, ad-supported premium services&nbsp;HBO, AMC+, and discovery+. Philo also makes available premium add-ons like&nbsp;STARZ and MGM+, and a “FAST” (free ad-supported streaming) service with more&nbsp;than 150 channels.</p> <p>We're backed by NEA, and Mark Cuban Companies, among others, and industry&nbsp;heavyweights including Warner Bros. We have offices in Brooklyn, NY, San Francisco, CA and Cambridge, MA.</p> <p><strong>The Legal Team</strong></p> <p>Our Legal Team's mission is to be a true partner to the business — delivering&nbsp;practical, creative solutions that help Philo move fast and win. We're a small,&nbsp;high-impact team: a CLO, a tight in-house group, and relationships with top&nbsp;outside firms. We punch well above our weight, and we're growing. You'll be a&nbsp;meaningful part of that, working out of our Brooklyn, NY office where two senior&nbsp;lawyers and our CEO, CFO and other high-level executives are also situated.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <p>You'll sit at the intersection of law and deal-making, working hand-in-hand with two senior lawyers supporting our content acquisition and business development teams on the deals that define what content Philo offers and how we grow. That&nbsp;means negotiating and drafting the real thing — content license agreements,&nbsp;platform deals, production agreements, vendor MSAs and SOWs, and IOs. Not&nbsp;reviewing. Not supervising. Actually in the room, driving deals to close.</p> <p>Beyond the deal table, you'll be the kind of lawyer who leans into whatever the business needs — releases, clearances, IP questions, takedowns, technology/SAAS agreements, the occasional thing nobody saw coming. You'll help build out our&nbsp;legal playbooks, develop templates and best practices, and make the team&nbsp;smarter and more efficient over time.</p> <p>This is
