About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions.


In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Treasury Management Consulting
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple business lines, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require advanced knowledge, inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale and cross functional
  • Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as peer mentor
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of payables and receivables processes, including workflow optimization and cash‑flow impacts

  • Proven experience managing high volumes of sales calls with a strategic approach to planning, execution, and anticipating customer needs while delivering a high‑touch client experience

  • Proactive, self‑driven approach with the ability to consult, engage, and influence prospects in a fast‑paced environment

  • Excellent partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and remain receptive to feedback

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; capable of managing multiple deals, priorities, and internal partners simultaneously

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex treasury concepts for diverse audiences

  • Experience working with Emerging Middle Market clients ($25MM–$100MM revenue) and familiarity with treasury platforms, payment technologies, and fraud‑mitigation solutions

  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation or willingness to pursue


Job Expectations:

  • Hybrid Scheduled (3 days in office and 2 remote each week)

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
