Senior Process Lead Engineer

<p><span>NOV Process Systems is seeking a skilled <strong>Senior Process Lead Engineer</strong> to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and executing process engineering tasks for both tender and project phases. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to work on innovative and challenging projects within the oil and gas industry.</span></p> <p><span><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span><strong>Process Lead Role</strong>: Appointed as Process Lead on tenders and projects.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Coordination and Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with the Discipline Manager to set project objectives for the process team.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Technical Accuracy</strong>: Ensure all deliverables are technically accurate, within scope, budget, and schedule, and comply with quality procedures and project plans.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Control Narrative Development</strong>: Develop control narratives for complex process systems, C&amp;E, and be responsible for FAT.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Document Development</strong>: Develop and assist other process engineers in creating key design documents, including H&amp;MB, PFD, P&amp;ID, DataSheets, line sizing, PSV, and equipment sizing.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Software Proficiency</strong>: Proficient in process software such as Hysys.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Technical Representation</strong>: Act as a representative in Technical Design Reviews, including P&amp;ID, HAZOP, SIL, HAZID, client, and vendor meetings.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Project Assistance</strong>: Assist project engineering leads and managers in project design and execution according to contract and client needs.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Technical Reporting</strong>: Skilled in writing technical reports, scopes of work, and Technical Queries.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Problem Solving</strong>: Identify problems and discrepancies in work processes, suggest improvements, and seek assistance when needed.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Technical Competencies</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span><strong>Strong Chemical Engineering Background</strong>: Solid foundation in chemical engineering principles.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Industry Experience</strong>: Experience in the oil and gas industry.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Standards Knowledge</strong>: Good knowledge of industry standards.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Experience</strong>: 5-10 years of relevant experience in process engineering.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Software Proficiency</strong>: Fluent in process simulation software (Hysys or similar).</span></li> <li><span><strong>Control Systems</strong>: Competent in control systems with relevant experience in developing control narratives for complex systems.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Site Experience</strong>: Site experience is an advantage.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>About Us</strong></span></p> <p><span>NOV Process Systems is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the oil and gas industry.
