The Regional Sales & Partner Manager – France, Wallonia, and Luxembourg serves as the primary liaison for customers and distribution partners, representing Agfa HealthCare's solutions and services. This role involves identifying opportunities, creating and executing strategies, managing partner and customer relationships, and leading the sales process from start to finish. The position also includes overseeing partner management activities, specifically in France, ensuring alignment with Agfa's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities:
As the Regional Sales & Partner Manager for France, Wallonia, and Luxembourg, you will:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
- Collaborate with the local distributor to create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract new customers and maintain existing accounts.
- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Agfa HealthCare’s product portfolio.
- Partner Management for France
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the local distributor in France.
- Work closely with this partner to ensure alignment with Agfa's goals, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and strategic objectives.
- Provide training, support, and resources to enhance their capabilities and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance, addressing challenges proactively to drive results.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining trust in Agfa HealthCare.
- Build consultative relationships with key decision-makers such as departmental heads, CIOs, CFOs, CEOs, and CMIOs within customer organizations.
- Manage customer expectations by coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Sales Execution
- Own and lead the bid and tender process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create accurate forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver annual order intakes and sales plans, contributing to the organization's competitive edge.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends and gather competitive intelligence to share with the internal stakeholders.
- Compliance and Budget Management
- Adhere to Agfa’s quality standards, business processes, and Healthcare Code of Conduct.
- Manage expenses within budget limitations while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
What you bring to the table
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a healthcare or IT-related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct and indirect technical sales, ideally within a complex, multi-stakeholder organization. Experience in healthcare IT sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in strategic selling methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman or similar frameworks).
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex business cases within budget constraints.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and process orientation.
