We have a Branch Manager opportunity for our commercial branch.  This position will give you the opportunity to use your team leadership skills, profit and loss proficiency, and sales experience.  

A Branch Manager leads and manages day-to-day operations in a sales and service environment by delivering first-class service and achieving financial objectives through employee engagement and high operational standards. A branch manager will be able to achieve a productive and profitable operation, while helping to promote a positive corporate image by pushing for results, building a strong team, and delivering excellent customer service.

Our Branch Manager opportunity has a salary range from $70K to $75K per year

You will also have annual bonus opportunities based on the performance of the store

Job Duties

• Manage staff and daily scheduling and assigning duties.
• Ensure a culture of safety and productivity is embraced and demonstrated by employees in the shop and on the jobsite.
• Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues with a sense of urgency.
• Accountable for inventory and proper cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and local laws and OSHA regulations.
• Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and insurance providers.
• May perform the duties and responsibilities of a technician.
• Experience and demonstrated knowledge with a P&L statement
• Perform B2B networking to increase brand awareness, and increase sales
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in retail or office management including dispatching and scheduling, inventory and fleet management with an emphasis on sales and service.
• Maintaining an excellent driving record as well as a valid driver's license
• Driving company or customer vehicles may be required.
• Knowledge of installation and repair techniques in Commercial, Residential and Auto Glass industry
• Knowledge of retail practices and procedures in a sales and service environment
• Excellent Customer Service skills and sales skills
• Proficient in POS and MS Office
