***SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE*** Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Laboratory Support Services Team Lead to join our team!  Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. 

Position Summary:

Assumes responsibility for monitoring adherence to Park Nicollet Health Services (PNHS) and Laboratory policies and procedures. Participates in planning, implementing, and directing of programs, procedures and staffing to ensure uninterrupted quality personalized care and service to our customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of related experience.
  • Must be willing to maintain competence through continuing education.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
  • Exhibits a high degree of organization with proven leadership skills in planning and directing work tasks and staff.
  • Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses the ability to use professional discretion with patient information.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet the insurability requirements relating to Park Nicollet’s motor vehicle violation criteria.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the laboratory and in a leadership role.
  • For Phlebotomy: American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or National Certification Agency (NCA) certification.
