Are you a driven leader with a passion for sales and performance? PARC Auto LLC dba Meineke Car Care is hiring a high-performing, sales-focused Store Manager for our busy Kentucky location. If you're ready to take charge of a fast-paced automotive shop and turn results into rewards, this is your chance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Build, coach, and energize a top-tier team of technicians.
• Deliver Excellence: Create memorable customer experiences that drive loyalty.
• Maximize Sales: Execute smart strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Run the Shop: Manage daily operations with precision and efficiency. Other duties as assigned. 

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong sales mindset with a hunger to exceed goals
• Passion for customer service and operational excellence
• 3 - 5 years of experience in automotive service management (preferred)
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and shop management tools (e.g., Tekmetric)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (may be required)
