Home Health Administrative Assistant

Provides assistance to the Home Health Director and/or Associate Director, including all aspects of administrative support by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for maintaining confidential information including financial information.
- Obtain and prints reports, etc. for Director / Associate Director as required.
- Provides support to various assigned committees by taking and distributing minutes, organizing and directing committees.
- Maintains filing system.
- Plans, coordinates, and implements special events.
- Performs accounting and Home Health billing, clerical duties, and special reporting
- Responsible for monthly billing.
- Assists with special projects as required.

Education and/or Experience
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
