 This role is within our Residency Offering, which is a solution that provides strategic technical resources to our customers on a contractual basis.

 

 

Job Location: Remote

6-9 month contract

Pay rate: $30-35/hr

Hours: 11pm – 8am (third shift)*

 

 

Your Responsibilities Include:

 

• Provide ongoing support of cloud-based endpoint management solution through WS1.
• Work on remote connectivity support of devices.
• Ensure proper management of Android devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot device connectivity issues.
• Provide technical support to end-users and IT teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Create and maintain documentation related to mobile device management.

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

• Experience with Workspace ONE MDM or AirWatch MDM.
• Experience with Enterprise Mobile Device Management in large scale solutions.
• Strong understanding of network/infrastructure components.
• Familiarity with low-level management of Android devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
