In this role, you will design and deliver robust software solutions that serve the evolving needs of members pursuing learning and career growth opportunities.</p> <p>We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity. You bring deep front-end expertise — particularly in React and TypeScript — and know how to craft experiences that are not just functional, but genuinely exceptional. You'll leverage your full-stack development experience and understanding of enterprise SaaS to bring new product capabilities to life quickly and iterate to satisfy market demand. Just as importantly, you'll drive the technical direction of the team — mentoring engineers, aligning cross-functional partners, and pushing initiatives forward through both your technical contributions and your leadership presence.</p> <p>As a Staff Engineer, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead front-end architecture and development — owning the design and implementation of user interfaces that are performant, accessible, and scalable. Set the standard for front-end quality, patterns, and best practices across the team.</li> <li>Design, build, and own new services and infrastructure that support our member-facing experiences end to end.</li> <li>Write clean, testable, and reusable code.
