Retail Strategy & Execution Intern - Fabletics

Calling all rising sophomore, junior, and senior undergraduate students! We are currently seeking a superstar Retail Strategy & Execution Intern to join the Fabletics team for Summer 2025.

What You’ll Do: We strive to be the best in the world at creating unrivaled and authentic Retail experiences for our Fabletics members, Retail guests, and our in-store teams. As a Retail Strategy intern, you will work cross-functionally on short and long-term initiatives focused on bringing this Retail experience to life, at scale, across our fleet of 102+ stores (and growing!)

In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to gain exposure to strategic projects impacting the larger brand and organization—with an emphasis on our Retail fleet. You will have the opportunity to work closely with key company stakeholders, and meet top executives in the company.  

Along with ad-hoc, short assignments, you will be assigned a main Capstone Project. The capstone project will be based on the Retail organization’s priorities at the time of hire, will have set milestones and deliverables throughout the summer, and will conclude with a final presentation to the senior Retail leadership team. All assignments will add immediate value both to the brand and to your development as a professional.

Qualifications:  

• Preferably studying Business, Finance, Data Analytics / Data Science, Marketing, or a related field  

• Able to balance multiple projects and thrive in an oftentimes ambiguous, fast-paced environment  

• Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and desire to learn  

• Maintains high-level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information  

• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both with leadership and among peers   

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)  

The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment.

Our summer internship program will be in our El Segundo, CA headquarters and will run for 10 weeks from June 16th-August 22nd. We operate on a hybrid work schedule where employees must be willing and able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We will not be considering remote or non-local applicants at this time.

The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$22.00. The hourly rate offered will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
