KRE Security, LLC is hiring experienced Armed Security Officers for per diem assignments in Bensalem, PA. This position offers maximum flexibility, allowing you to accept shifts based on your availability while maintaining the opportunity to work consistent hours.

This role is ideal for professionals seeking supplemental income or a flexible schedule, with the ability to pick up shifts throughout the week, including a recurring Wednesday daytime need.

Available Shifts

•  Primary need: Wednesdays | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM 
•  Additional shifts available throughout the week based on need 
•  No required set schedule 
•  Opportunities for overtime when applicable 

Key Responsibilities

•  Maintain a visible, professional armed security presence 
•  Conduct routine foot and mobile patrols 
•  Monitor access points and overall site conditions 
•  Respond to incidents and emergencies 
•  Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports (Belfry Software) 
•  Enforce post orders and client policies 
•  Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and fellow officers 

Requirements

•  Current ACT 235 certification (required) 
•  Minimum 18 years of age 
•  High school diploma or GED 
•  Prior armed security, military, or law enforcement experience strongly preferred 
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills 
•  Professional appearance and demeanor 
•  Reliable attendance and punctuality when accepting shifts 
•  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods 
•  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
•  Must pass background check 
•  Required in-person orientation prior to assignment 

Pay & Benefits

•  $27.00/hour (site-specific rate) 
•  +$0.25/hour for military veterans and active-duty service members 
•  Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week (if applicable)
