About the role
As our next Senior Recruiting Manager, you will be challenged with managing a team of recruiters varying in level of experience and expertise. Under the direction of the Sr. National Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for the management and growth of the existing team and client. How you will be rewarded as our Senior Recruiting Manager · Competitive base pay + Bonus · Full benefits, medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD· 401k coming soon!· PTO, Holidays, and vacations · Fun, casual work environment · Snacks, game room, cater lunch at least once a month What you’ll be responsible for as our Senior Recruiting Manager · Leading, mentoring, coaching & developing a team of 10 recruiters· Creating daily, weekly, monthly goals as necessary for performance management of team· Reporting recruitment activity and results / outcome on a daily, weekly, monthly basis · Managing the client and team relationship, to meet customer expectations· Partner closely with key stakeholders to discuss recruitment strategies and problem solve· Developing fun and creative ways to motivate and incent the team · Ensuring we execute at the highest level and exceed client KPIs What you need to have to be our next Senior Recruiting Manager · Bachelor’s degree with 8 or more years of Recruitment experience· At least 3+ years leadership experience managing teams of 6 or more Recruiters.· High Volume Warehouse Recruiting experience highly desirable.· Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel· Creative writing skills · Positive encouraging attitude · Ability to motivate and drive high performance teams · Data driven, metric driven· Prior experience with an RPO – Recruitment Process Outsourcing or Staffing Agency required· Experience recruiting in the light industrial, warehouse, logistics, transportation, healthcare and technology industries a PLUS· Experience working with Ceridian a PLUS· Experience with Predictive Index a Plus
