We’re on the lookout for a Procurement Specialist to help us deliver critical Transmission & Distribution (T&D) infrastructure projects across the country. From chasing down bids and negotiating contracts to ensuring materials arrive on time, you’ll be at the heart of our EPC projects making sure everything runs smoothly.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of procurement experience in EPC projects, preferably in Transmission & Distribution

  • Experienced in RFPs, bid evaluations, contract negotiation, and material logistics

  • Skilled in supplier prequalification, submittal tracking, and expediting for high-value projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field

  • Bonus points if you have a strong vendor/subcontractor network in the T&D or energy sector

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to contractual detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Organized and independent, yet a collaborative team player

  • Comfortable connecting with all levels of staff and external partners

What You’ll Do:

  • Team up with Project and Procurement Managers to support project pursuits and execution—create bidder lists, issue RFPs, and coordinate technical reviews with our engineering teams

  • Review proposals for compliance, diversity goals (MBE/WBE), and corporate standards; negotiate terms and recommend contract awards

  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts with all the right flow-down provisions to keep projects compliant and on track

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, resolve performance issues, and manage procurement risks such as delays or scope changes

  • Track progress via the Procurement Status Report (PSR), validate materials, enter data, and resolve OS&D issues with construction and logistics teams

  • Ensure all procurement activities meet compliance, safety, and documentation standards; support special projects as needed

Perks of the Job:

  • Travel up to 30% (for those who like a little adventure)

  • Be part of high-impact projects that keep the lights on across the country

  • Work with a high-performing EPC team who knows how to get things done—and have fun doing it
