The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $20.21 to $21.62.
This position is non-exempt under the FLSA.

The Court Administration Assistant will provide administrative support to the Criminal Restoration of Rights and Sealing of Records Unit and will primarily work in a back office high-volume work environment that requires the ability to multi-task, and use strong organizational and communication skills to provide exemplary service, both internally and externally.

Position Qualifications

Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
Two (2) years of general clerical or administrative experience
OR
Combined Education and Experience Qualifications:
An equivalent combination of post-secondary education or job-related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
Principles and processes for providing customer service including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Skill in:
The use of computer applications including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.
Written and verbal communication with others to convey information effectively
Critical thinking and evaluating information to determine the best solution
Providing exemplary customer service
Ability to:
Learn policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the Court
Respond courteously to concerns of the public, attorneys, and employees
Use effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks at one time
Excel in a high volume and time-sensitive work environment

Make sound decisions in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures

Essential Job Tasks
Performs case management entry and/or retrieval to include but not limited to: Integrated Court Information System (iCIS), Integrated Court Information System - Next Generation (iCISng) and Justice Web Interface (JWI)
Responds to case-related inquiries from the public, attorneys, Judicial Officers, and Judicial Branch staff
Process court documents and requests received in work queues such as Restoration of Rights, and Sealing of Records applications
Reviews, updates, and maintains case-related information in Court software and spreadsheets
Process electronic pro per mail and distribute to the appropriate st
