Club Sports Performance Student Worker

Provide support as directed by designated supervisor.

1. Work with other Sports Performance Coaches to build programs suitable for their individual teams and sports.
2. Assist in the management of assigned Strength Training facility: monitor & maintain safety and cleanliness.
3. Supervise and assist team during workouts ensuring the safety and progression of each athlete.
4. Supervise and assist open gym workouts ensuring the safety and progression of each athlete.
5. Assist with data collection, entry, and analysis.

6. Assigned duties from supervisor(s).
7. Remains abreast of existing and emerging technologies, processes, products, services, and leading industry performance benchmarks.
8. Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission.
