About the role

The Distribution Supervisor is a front line supervisory positions that reports directly to the Supply Chain Operations Manager, and is responsible for ensuring the successful day-to-day operations of Distribution, Receiving, Linen, Courier, and Mail services to the Northwest Service Area (NWSA).

Required Qualifications:

Relevant experience in a warehouse environment, preferably one in which an electronic inventory management system was used.
1 year - Supervisory or lead experience. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management, or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field may substitute for the required experience.
3 years - Materials management experience. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management, or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field may substitute for the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
