The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant Food & Beverage Director to oversee daily operations at one of the most amazing private clubs in Texas. Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Oversee and direct daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and operational precision.
- Uphold and elevate the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism, in alignment with world-class club expectations.
- Strategically manage all aspects of operations, including scheduling, staff deployment, labor costs, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, Beverage Manager, and Events teams to provide cohesive and memorable member experiences.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous growth, inspiration, and excellence.
- Lead by example with purpose-driven leadership, inspiring the team to deliver gracious, personalized, and heartfelt service.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to maintain consistency and elevate service standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and feedback to strengthen team productivity and morale.
Member Engagement & Experience
- Build meaningful connections with members, understanding and exceeding their unique preferences.
- Anticipate member needs and tailor service experiences that reflect the club’s commitment to excellence.
- Serve as a welcoming and approachable presence on the floor during peak service times, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- A minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience within the food and beverage industry, ideally at a high-end private club, luxury hotel, or fine dining establishment.
- Proven success in managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Comprehensive knowledge of operational oversight, including scheduling, budgeting, labor management, and inventory control.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building long-term relationships.
- Expertise in staff training, coaching, and developing high-impact training programs.
Certifications (Preferred)
- TABC Certification
- Food Handler’s Certification
- WSET or Level 1 Sommelier Certification (preferred)
