Sales Process Lead

Syngenta believes every employee has a role to play in safely feeding the world and taking care of our planet. To support that challenge, the North America Vegetable Seeds team is currently seeking a Sales Process Lead in Boise, ID. 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design and lead the implementation of selected Sales Services/Sales Operations projects, within agreed time and budgets.
• Define, propose, implement, and track suitable metrics (KPIs) to drive area process excellence performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence mindset across the region.
• Establish and sustain training programs to ensure knowledge retention and the continued development of competencies and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Regional Value Pricing Lead about pricing strategy, principles, goals, and agenda.
• Own the regional pricing operations’ calendar and coordinate activities to ensure timely execution of decisions

Qualifications

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's, preferably in Business, Finance,  Economics or Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years experience in any of the following areas: project management, finance, demand or business planning, marketing, or sales operations.
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Demonstrated Project Management skills and notions of Operation excellence and continuous improvement techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively, respond appropriately, and maintain a mutual comfort level while relating to a diverse workforce.
