Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain fabrication machinery to produce flawless products
• Flexibility to perform work where ever needed
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure optimal performance
• Perform quality checks to determine and ensure product specifications are met
• Collaborate with team members to successfully implement process improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Requirements

• Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work
• Ability to learn how to read measuring tools such as calipers, protractors, measuring tape, etc.
• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and skill to operate within a motivated team
• Capability to operate during the 2nd shift hours (2:00pm to 10:30pm and some manditory overtime during the week and on Saturdays)
• Physical stamina and strength to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods
