The Clinical Delivery Manager, will support external partner implementations and key internal innovation initiatives & product features deployments. The department of Clinical Delivery Services, Management and Performance seeks optimal, efficient, effective and streamlined end-to-end workflows. This department is seen as the single point of day to day clinical operational contact working cross-functionally within Twin to:
- Engage collaborative team of healthcare professionals including health coaches, providers, nursing team, Clinical Operations leadership and other business operations and commercial teams on key initiatives impacting the delivery of care services to our members
- Manage a disciplined, efficient and effective project management process to ensure the successful ongoing operations of Twin’s Clinical Delivery Services & Management
- Coordinate with various work streams on the addition of new products, services, or technology to improve the clinical delivery & operations of our program
- Display strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to demonstrate successful interactions with clients and colleagues for the most efficient & optimal experience
- Leverage data and qualitative feedback to coordinate with all departments within the company relating to innovation, performance and workflow process improvement
- Execute strategies and processes with Clinical Operations teams to improve workflow efficiencies, conversion rates and clinical outcomes resulting in delighted customers and satisfied partners
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a continuous improvement culture and excels in ambiguity of other job related duties
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience successfully project managing and implementing experience (processes, people, technology) across a variety of partner types (Health Plans, Payers, Self-Insured Employers - all 3 a plus) with clinical operations as a core competency - eg. has worked across clinical teams of operators (RNs, coaches, providers) or in an integrated delivery system setting
- Ability to communicate and work across client organizations, engaging on a range of tactical and strategic issues, with senior executives as well as execution teams
- Exceptionally strong project management skills, with demonstrated organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to balance between thoughtful planning and timely execution
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment working under time constraints to manages all changes that come with a rapidly expanding organization in a high growth environment
- Proficiency with Google applications and with PM tools, such as Monday.com, and MS Project
- Can engage providers at all levels (CMOs, MDs, Medical Directors, Advanced Practitioners, care managers) and instill trust and inspire for transformation
- This remote opportunity is available to US based persons.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 annually.
