A well-established wealth management team is seeking a Senior Registered Client Associate to support advisors in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. This role blends client relationship support, investment operations, and portfolio coordination, providing strong exposure to the day-to-day operations of a successful advisory practice. Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing responsive, high-quality service
  • Support advisors in delivering a seamless client experience

Account Administration

  • Facilitate new account openings and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant
  • Process transactions including wires, checks, ACH transfers, and securities transfers
  • Maintain accurate client records and account documentation

Investment & Portfolio Support

  • Assist advisors with portfolio monitoring and investment-related documentation
  • Coordinate preparation of client materials and account updates
  • Support ongoing account servicing and operational tasks for investment accounts

Operational Coordination

  • Work with internal teams and systems to ensure efficient processing of account activity
  • Identify and resolve operational issues related to client accounts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or Series 63 and 65)
  • 2 years of prior experience working in wealth management, brokerage, or financial services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting financial advisors or wealth management teams
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients
  • Experience handling account administration and investment operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
