Maybe we’re looking for you!</p><p><strong>Daily responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Working with large, complex projects with multiple integrations.</li><li>Identifying potential risks and issues and communicating effectively to the wider project team.</li><li>Working closely with engineering and design teams utilising UX, UI principles and best practices.</li><li>Developing Progressive Web Apps, Service works and AMP.</li><li>Leading the front-end project setup, design and ongoing maintenance of solutions.</li><li>Mentoring and providing guidance to less experienced members of the team.</li><li>Working with DevOps tools (Git, Jira, TeamCity).</li><li>Working in the Agile environment.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience.</li><li>Knowledge of software design principles (SOLID, KISS, YAGNI)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of HTML &amp; CSS and Javascript ES6 across cross-browser/device.</li><li>Expert at using a modern Javascript Framework experience (Angular/ReactJS/Vue.js).</li><li>Expert at writing performant, scalable and reusable UI components.</li><li>Proficiency in using NodeJS to create task-runners, build tools, bundlers and package management (NPM).</li><li>Expert with version control systems (namely Git).</li><li>Strong understanding and application of front-end performance optimisation techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in writing product manuals, user guides, repair manuals, API documentation, and SDK documentation (Gherkin Syntax experience is welcome but not required).</li><li>Proficiency in developing for WCAG AA standards or higher.</li><li>Ability to implement custom GA/GTM events to defined specifications.</li><li>Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving skills.</li><li>Very good knowledge of English.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice To Have:</strong><br/> (Please note that these skills are not required to apply for the position)</p><ul><li>Strong understanding of TypeScript extended types for operating heavily dynamic UI’s.</li><li>Knowledge of advanced RxJS techniques.</li><li>Experience with Keycloak projects.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Working mode</strong></p><ul><li>Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw studio for a minimum of 10 days per month.</li><li>Remote-First: working from home.</li></ul><p><strong>Perks &amp; Professional Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working hours — start your workday anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.</li><li>Trainings, lectures and courses — internal workshops, external training for each employee, ‘Meet a star’ events, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes are all available.
