Position Details

• Role: Client Service Representative
• Status: Part-time
• Salary: $18–$20 per hour
• Schedule: Thursday 8-6p, Friday 8-6:30p and 1-2 Saturdays per month

St. Francis Animal Hospital is a thriving 6 doctor small animal practice centrally located in Roseville, MN. We are seeking a friendly, customer and team focused Client Service Representative to join our outstanding team and help us provide compassionate care for our patients and clients.

 

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Stellar client service skills
• A love for animals and the people who bring them for care

Schedule:

This is a part-time position.We are looking to fill the following hours: Thursday 8-6p, Friday 8-6:30p and one to two Saturdays per month. Opportunity to fill in for the other Client Service Representative’s vacation days.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Provide excellent patient care and client service.
• Manage communications between clients, technicians, assistants and doctors.
• Maintain medical records.
• Manage a high-volume multi-line phone system.
• Utilize hospital technology – AviMark, email, fax, voicemails, PetDesk, VetCove, Care Credit and Slack.
• Appointment scheduling.
• Manage appointment flow within the hospital.
• Prepare invoices and collect and process payments.
• Understand and communicate preventative care recommendations.
• Manage client compliance.
• Ability to manage difficult and emotional conversations.
• Maintain professionalism during high stress situations.
• Patient intakes and discharges.
• Awareness of patients’ emotional and physical wellbeing.
• Ensure hospital cleanliness and organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
