The company' success lies in its highly specialized and innovative team, and on the technological know-how which makes Bosch the leader in the water heaters market in Europe.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your contribution to something big:</strong></p><ul><li>Be responsible for Thermotechnik-wide implementation of improvement measures to optimize cross-functional product development performance;</li><li>Be accountable to prepare and operate the steering committee with Board and Business Unit, as well as develop the necessary decision matrices;</li><li>Evaluate, prioritize, control and support improvement measures and orchestrate the local roll out of these measures;</li><li>Build, manage and develop the Thermotechnik-wide improvement network consisting of experts in the business units and local colleagues;</li><li>Last but not least, you act as the Process owner of improvement process.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What distinguishes you:</strong></p><ul><li>Completed degree in the field of Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar;</li><li>Several years of relevant professional experience as project or program manager, profound experience in CIP / lean methods, applied knowledge in cross-functional product development processes for high volumes;</li><li>Willing to work with international teams and within an intercultural environment, willingness to locally support Thermotechnik development locations, mainly located in EU;</li><li>Analytical thinking, working conceptually and operationally, systematic and transparent solution approach, acting in an entrepreneurial manner;</li><li>Responsible, result-oriented, convincing team spirit as well as networking mindset, coordination and presentation skills is a plus;</li><li>Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer you: </strong></p><p>Challenges in an international environment | career opportunities in one of the best companies in the world | flexible hours | medical services | discounts for employees | sports and health related activities | canteen | free parking lot | space for creativity.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Success stories don´t just happen.
