Director of Student Services

Position Summary: The Director of Student Services plays a pivotal role in supporting student success by managing student services and career services for the student body at large. This role ensures that students receive the support to help them successfully complete their educational programs and helps to equip them with the tools they need to secure post-graduation employment. The Director will also manage student activities and events, such as graduations and orientations, while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and government regulations.

• At least 3 years of experience in student services and career services management, ideally within the private school industry.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and accrediting compliance standards.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training and presentations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, employers, and community partners.
• Ability to analyze and manipulate key statistics related to student services and career placement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and student management systems (e.g., CampusVue).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive college, faculty, staff, student, and graduate information with discretion.
