<p><b><span>Job Title</span></b></p>Senior IT Economic Expert (m/f/d)<p></p><p></p><p><span>Summary of the role</span><br/><br/>At Amadeus <span><b>Global IT Supplier / Vendor, Contract- and Service Management</b> </span>we are the: specialists supporting Amadeus internal and external with our Expertise, Consultancy, Advise and Support on:</p><ul><li>IT Cloud, IT Services sourcing decisions – based on our in-depth IT Knowledge, Finance Expertise and Business Case Calculations</li><li>IT Software, SaaS, PaaS sourcing framework – based on well defined Software sourcing processes, based on industry best practices, supported by our Software Asset Management tools and services</li><li>IT Supplier/Vendor Delivery Quality reviews – based on structured Contract Lifecycle-, Service Management- and Supplier Relationship processes</li></ul><p></p><p><span>As a <span>Senior IT Economic Expert</span>, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services. Your duties will include vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. You will also be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential for this position.
