<h1>About the Role</h1>
<p>As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be in the driving seat, responsible for steering improvements and establishing CI/CD practices. Your role will focus on evolving our setup to ensure robust quality gates, track results, and work towards achieving our vision of seamless releases. </p>

<p><u>Your main responsibilities:</u></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>CI/CD Practices: Help establish and refine CI/CD practices, driving improvements until our releases become a non-event.</li>
<li>Quality Gate Management: Enhance our setup over time to ensure solid quality gates, tracking success by measuring incidents in production.</li>
<li>Process Enhancement: Take our current processes to the next level, emphasizing reporting capabilities and thorough documentation of tests and releases.</li>
<li>Collaboration with Product Management: Work closely with product management to align new features and implement additional quality gates through exploratory testing.</li>
<li>Smoke Testing Strategy: Define a strategy for smoke testing on production in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Continuous Assessment: Continuously assess and drive improvement of quality gates, ensuring they remain effective and efficient.</li>
<li>Exploratory Testing: Define strategy and execute exploratory testing for releases as part of regular business operations.</li>
<li>Manager on Duty: Act as the manager on duty, ensuring a prompt response to critical incidents and driving the execution of runbooks and RCAs.</li>
<li>Reporting and Measurement: Contribute to the establishment of reporting, dashboards, and measurements for SLA data products and key Incident Support KPIs.</li>

<p>About You </p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in establishing and improving CI/CD practices.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of quality gate management and incident tracking.</li>
<li>Ability to drive process enhancements and documentation improvements.</li>
<li>Collaborative mindset for effective engagement with product management.</li>
<li>Experience in defining and implementing smoke testing strategies.</li>
<li>Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on exploring and adopting new testing methodologies.</li>
<li>Demonstrated capability in managing critical incidents and executing runbooks.</li>
<li>Proficiency in establishing reporting, dashboards, and SLA measurements.</li>
