We are part of the global <strong>Merkle</strong> brand, the largest brand within the dentsu group, who shares with us a network of over 66,000 passionate individuals in 146 countries.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Your role as <strong>Senior AEM Consultant </strong>is to partner with our clients within their designated work front to help deliver the project and help define specific Adobe Experience Manager capabilities, features and roadmap. You will report to our Venture Tech Consulting Lead.</p><p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><ul><li>Develop web and commerce strategies, concepts and specifications for the implementation, enhancement and improvement of creative web/commerce solutions using Adobe Experience Manager</li><li>Requirements engineering and functional specifications of the solution to be implemented based on Adobe Experience Manager</li><li>Support and consult the customer in the different phases of B2B or B2C web and commerce projects, from proposal preparation to successful completion or continuation, always with the passion and focus to create the best possible customer experience</li><li>Advise the client on business, communication or process aspects of web and commerce</li><li>Liaison and coordination between our client and project teams (consulting/conceptual/technical/creative)</li><li>Preparation, moderation and execution of workshops.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>You have 5+ years in Digital working within the CX and Commerce area, ideally in a business or business facing role</li><li>You have 3+ years of experience in web/commerce projects</li><li>You have extensive knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager</li><li>You speak a high level of Italian and English</li><li>You have a deep understanding of technical requirements, especially for web technologies</li><li>You stay up to date, or ahead, of digital trends in the market and you understand how they affect our clients' business</li><li>You have experience working with development teams in on-, near- and offshore scenarios</li><li>You are used to working with peers from diverse teams and across departments</li><li>You believe in team spirit and have a learning mindset</li><li>We would love it if you have an appetite for pre-sales</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We work with people who support and enrich each other.
