The Sr. Manager, Capital Portfolio - PCS Administration (USA), Inc. is a full time position located in Loveland, CO.
What you will do:
- Project manage the capital program for a specific set of Nitrogen facilities to assure they stay within site budget, meeting targeted KPIs and comply with Nutrien procedures.
- Provide guidance to the sites (Engineering Managers) through the prioritization process of Capital Projects and review each project that is proposed for the Capital budget.
- Provide support for the preparation and development of the Nitrogen Capital budget of for Sr. Management.
- Provide support for the preparation and development of the monthly Nitrogen Capital forecasts for Sr. Management. Review and prepare board materials and presentations.
- Work with PMO to provide oversight for major capital/special projects of $5-500 million to assure successful completion.
- Schedule and run monthly capital meetings with Sr. Management and evaluate proposed capital projects, assign project priorities and approve projects.
- Identify, evaluate and implement opportunities to continually improve profitability.
- Take lead in ensuring sites are progressing on projects, annual capital spend and interface with senior management to keep them abreast of developments.
- Perform financial modelling on opportunity projects or providing input into financial models on large investment projects.
- Work with IT and vendors to make systems changes to SAP and Oracle and/or a new software platform to improve business processes.
- Interact with Audit, F&PA, Technical, PMO, Sales and Marketing.

- Calculate financials models, review and validate economic analysis, justification and risk analysis on projects such as PVIs, IRRs, NPVs.
What you will bring:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field, and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in the a process engineering related-occupation.
- Position requires experience in te following:
- At least 3 years in Process engineering in ammonia, urea, nitric acid and AN plants;
- At least 3 years in Project management in large projects (>$25 M) in the above mentioned plants; and
- At least 3 years in a senior position responsbile for mentoring and training engineers, reprorting to management, development of dashboards to advise management when performance or KPIs are not being met and experience with Business Analytics and/or Business Intellignence applications, advising site leadership on plant operations.
May telecommute within the Larimer county area.
Position requires occasional domestic travel (25%) and incidental international travel (10%).

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range $163,706 to $168,706. This range is estimated for Sr. Manager, Capital Portfolio - PCS Administration (USA) in Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
