Job Overview:

We are seeking a VP, Principal Software Developer to join our Investor Experience Technology organization, which delivers solutions for advisors and institutions. This critical role combines deep technical expertise with payments domain knowledge to architect and implement innovative, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Design for resiliency, scalability, and optimal performance
• Lead full-stack development initiatives across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Drive architectural decisions and establish development best practices
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex initiatives

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong payment domain experience with ACH, wires, checks, RTP, FedNow
• 5+ years in Tech Lead and Solution Architect roles designing complex systems
• 10+ years of full-stack development experience, including microservices and REST APIs
• Expertise in .NET, Angular, JavaScript, C#, SQL Server, AWS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively

 

Pay Range:

$155,288-$258,813/year

 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
