Senior Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support for RE Solutions activities to include planning, strategy, technical solutions analysis, project requirements definitions, change and configuration management, oversight, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Apply information technology knowledge, work with the IMF/CADE2 domain and effectively support CADE2 IMF modernization RE methods and solutions.
• Preparing and facilitating meetings to determine cross-project priorities; identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Supporting the integration of Modernization RE Solutions with other enterprise information technology programs and initiatives; and providing an overall approach for balancing Modernization RE solution between program activities and project-specific needs.
• Support throughout the project’s lifecycle (e.g., analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation) activities related to project requirements.
• Outline or define the requirements gathering methodology, standards and templates.
• Collaborate with the business and technical delivery partners, stakeholders, and SMEs to elicit, define, validate, groom, and document requirements.
• Develop or refine non-functional and other technical requirements, by analyzing artifacts, conducting work sessions, and soliciting feedback on interim work products.
• Establish traceability relationships and trace requirements to other requirements and to other elements from the Enterprise Lifecycle (ELC) or One Solutions Delivery Life Cycle (OneSDLC).
• Develop or refine business process models, business requirements, business rule sets, business rules, decision tables, reference tables and terms by analyzing artifacts.
• Develop detailed business process flow diagrams, business requirements, business rules and terms that reflect current and future state designs by analyzing artifacts and soliciting feedback on interim work products.
• Clarify and validate business process models, requirements and/or rules via working sessions, one-on-one SME meetings, comparison against legacy documentation, and business case scenario analysis to ensure that all the requirements are clear, concise, testable and verifiable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
• Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
