Broad Street Home Care is seeking LPNs or RNs to provide in-home private care for clients located in the Chicago downtown and surrounding areas to work Monday-Sunday 8a-8p.   

Position Requirements 

• Ability to pass the Illinois Department of Healthcare Registry Background check
• Must possess the ability to navigate a phone application in order to clock in and out as well as enter case notes
• Ability to work and relate with the ill, elderly, and disabled population
• Demonstrate the ability to be a strong team player
• Ability to work independently and when circumstances warrant the ability to make decisions
