Sr. Supply Chain Specialist (Dallas)

Join our dynamic international Supply Chain Management team! We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Senior Supply Chain Specialist in our Dallas office to help manage customer orders, oversee the daily operations of the supply chain team in US and work closely with our new 3PL partner. If you’re passionate about developing and learning in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you! 

What  you'll do:

• Process incoming orders from the US customers, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing. 

• Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to maintain smooth and efficient customer service. 

• Warehouse and inventory management

• Monitor the US Supply Chain team’s attendance, efficiency, and productivity. 

• Set up and establish effective cooperation with a new 3PL partner in the US. 

Besides your own team, you will be supported by 80+ Tosiboxians across the globe. As part of our global team, you’ll need to be open to work early mornings regularly to collaborate across time zones. Your accurate role in the team is tailored based on your skills and preferences. You will report directly to Supply Chain Manager, Jenni Hirsso-Kailio.

We would love to hear from you if you identify yourself from some of the following items:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and order management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

• Good knowledge of relevant software and ERP systems (ServiceNow or Netsuite is a plus)

• Experience in an international working environment

• Fast-paced, proactive mindset with a focus on getting things done

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent communication in English (both written and verbal)

• Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in a rapidly growing business environment

And it's even more awesome if you have:

• The ability to work in our Dallas office, with regular travel to our Arkansas facility. We will also have occasional domestic sales meetings and an annual all hands meeting in Finland.
