Sr. Program Manager

Job Summary

The Global Innovation, Solutions, and Alliances organization is hiring a Project Manager to support Solutions Management, Solutions Engineering, and Alliances team members.  In this role, you will provide project coordination and oversight for solutions project activities.  You will need to collaborate effectively across all internal teams engaged within the project lifecycle.  This is a dynamic role and requires a customer first attitude, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills. 

In this high profile role, you will be responsible for driving outcomes.  Deep proficiency and experience in managing modern infrastructure related projects and fluency in on premise and cloud infrastructure vernacular is important to success in the role. 

The ideal candidate highly effective at collaborating with cross-functional teams, working through barriers, building relationships, and owning outcomes. 

Job Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience with at least 7 years of project management experience within engineering or IT environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, cross-functionality across internal organizations and within external partners/vendors. 
• Ability to develop long range project plans and schedules for individual work or for a small team.
• Proficiency managing infrastructure related projects with fluency for on premise and cloud infrastructures.   
• PMP certification required. 

Education

A bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline is required. Master's Degree in computer related field or business is preferred. 

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is [$158,270]–[$204,820] and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
