About the role

GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Supporting a command-level travel program, including interpreting and applying travel policies, and regulations; 2) Processing error-free travel orders in DTS, including creating, routing, and troubleshooting travel authorizations and vouchers; 3) Supporting the Government Travel Charge Card Agency Program Coordinator, including card issuance, utilization, and billing. 4) Providing guidance, and professional support to travelers, staff, and leadership while resolving government travel issues. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Administering and supporting a command-level travel program, including interpreting and applying travel policies, regulations, and entitlements for CONUS and overseas travel; 2) Providing advanced support in DTS, including creating, reviewing, routing, and troubleshooting travel authorizations and vouchers; 3) Conducting audits or quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness in travel operations; 4) Serving as the Government Travel Charge Card Agency Program Coordinator, including card issuance, utilization, billing, and program oversight; 5) Providing training, guidance, and professional support to travelers, staff, and leadership while resolving complex government travel issues.
