Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

• Managing a team of 150 people
• Monitoring and analysis of operational goals and results
• Collecting and communicating problems that arose during production to the management, developing a proposal for a solution
• Developing the team through guidance, coaching, direction setting, motivation and prioritization
• Train and develop the team to ensure continous imporvement to achive good results
• Quality management and ensuring health and safety tasks
• Cooperation with quality, maintenance, logistics, engineering teams
• Ensuring the orderliness of the production area according to 5S
• Compliance with work and health protection rules
• Participation in selection processes and interviewing employees
• Promote the common undertanding of TE core values

What your background should look like:

• Management experience in automotive manaufacturing environment
• 3+ years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of LEAN method
• Fluent english – verbal and written
• Pro-active, engaging personality
• Interpersonal, cooperative skills
• Structured and conscientious – ensuring high quality and timely deliverables
