Your Career

As the Sr. IT Systems Engineer, Video Collaboration & Endpoint Device Management you will provide Zoom administration and service management in support of Palo Alto Networks’ Zoom enterprise domain and maintain endpoint device management (EDM) software tools, including Workspace One, Apple Business Manager (ABM), JAMF and others in support of Zoom Room Audio-Visual infrastructure and devices used for enterprise collaboration services throughout the product life cycle.

Manage and maintain global Audio-Visual infrastructure deployed for all collaboration spaces such as huddle rooms, meeting rooms, training/multi-purpose rooms, executive board rooms, executive briefing rooms (EBC), private offices, open collaborative spaces, and others.

Partner with global team members and internal customers to support technical Audio-Visual support operations, including new office build-outs, Audio Visual refresh projects, digital signage content management, internal event broadcast, and external event support.

Your Impact

• Perform Zoom global administration supporting PANW videoconferencing, webinars, audio conferencing, and digital signage operations.
• Maintain enterprise video collaboration services and all associated collaboration space Audio-Visual (AV) infrastructure to ensure high operational status (to include standard Zoom Rooms, EBC Briefing Rooms, Operations Centers, Multi-Purpose Training Rooms, Hybrid workspaces, and more).
• Support day-to-day AV operations from application support, service connectivity, and general AV software/hardware needs.
• Provide incident management, problem management, and escalation workflow support to ensure Audio-Visual and EDM operations continuity.
• Maintain Audio-Visual Admin service request queue and project scrum board in support of day-to-day operations 
• Test and deploy approved new feature releases and manage Zoom API integrations, including Google Workspace, Slack, PANW IoT Security, ADEM, SSPM, and more.
• Support global Zoom Room deployments for new office builds and AV refresh cycles to include Zoom Device Management (ZDM), G-Cal resource pairing, and OEM Device Management (Logitech Sync, DTEN Orbit, Poly Lens, and more).
• Administer Workspace One endpoint device management (EDM) operations, mobile device provisioning, and enrollment in support of PANW mobile device and endpoint security policies.
• Design, deploy and maintain EDM workflow requirements in compliance with PANW security policies.
• Partner with cross-functional Teams, including the Network Operations Team, InfoSec Team, and internal customers, to configure, deploy and manage the provisioning of mobile native and public apps via Workspace One, JAMF, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store.
• Support IT Exec Support Team for all internal and external IT event support operations requiring Zoom AV infrastructure and service setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global IT teams, including Employee Success, Network Ops, Telecom, Apps, and more, supporting day-to-day objectives.
• Communicate effectively on a regular basis with internal and external customers on IT deliverables requested.
• Assess customer requirements for audio-visual technology initiatives and collaborate with IT leadership on applicable solutions in alignment with PANW’s objectives. 
• Document operational processes and maintenance-troubleshooting procedures via KB articles and conduct recurring update sessions with regional IT teams.
• Manage AV vendor partners for consistent delivery of AV integration and support services.
