We have an opportunity  for someone with Auto Glass experience and Management experience to join us as a Branch Manager at our Denver, Colorado location.

Our Branch Manager opportunity has a salary range of 80K to 85K based on experience.  You will also have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus based on achieved goals and objectives.  

A Branch Manager leads and manages day-to-day operations of the branch by delivering first-class service and achieving financial objectives through employee engagement and high operational standards. A branch manager will be able to achieve a productive and profitable operation, while helping to promote a positive corporate image by pushing for results, building a strong team, and delivering excellent customer service.

As a Branch Manager you will: 

• Recruit, manage, and conduct a team to achieve financial objectives, while providing exceptional guest service to every guest, every time
• Assist the team with repairs, replacements, and recalibrations of auto glass through approved methods, tools, and techniques
• Ensure equipment, materials and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements
• Ship and receive inventory, examine received inventory for quality control
• Perform all other duties as assigned

You will need:

• 2+ years of Auto Glass installation experience
• 2+ years of management experience 
• State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical Requirements: lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, standing, bending, long periods of time on your feet
