Join Netguru, and let's build beautiful software together.<br/></p><h3>Salary ranges:</h3><ul> <li>PLN 12 000 - 19 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment).</li> <li>PLN 14 400 - 22 800 monthly before tax (Long-term contract (B2B))<strong> + 20 paid days off.</strong> </li> </ul><p></p><h3>What will you do as Senior Business Analyst?</h3><p><strong>Discovery &amp; Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Run <strong>end-to-end discovery</strong> - from stakeholder interviews to technical deep dives.</li> <li>Turn business needs into <strong>clear, testable, and prioritised requirements</strong>.</li> <li>Map processes and systems (BPMN, UML) to spot gaps and optimisation opportunities.</li> <li>Identify integration points across <strong>complex enterprise landscapes</strong> (ERP, CRM, CMS, APIs, data platforms).</li> </ul><p><strong>Technical &amp; Solution Analysis</strong></p><ul> <li>Collaborate with EMs and Tech Leads to shape <strong>scalable, future-proof architectures</strong>.</li> <li>Validate technical feasibility, security, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.</li> <li>Decompose complex solutions into deliverable, trackable increments.</li> </ul><p><strong>Presales &amp; Client Engagement</strong></p><ul> <li>Lead requirements capture in presales and RFP processes.</li> <li>Shape solution proposals with Delivery &amp; Engineering.</li> <li>Build credibility with C-level and technical teams by linking <strong>technology to business impact</strong>.</li> </ul><p><strong>Value &amp; Delivery Alignment</strong></p><ul> <li>Ensure delivery outcomes match intended business results.</li> <li>Use analytics and data to validate ROI.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement of delivered solutions.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>1. Experience</h3><ul> <li>5+ years in IT / Technical BA roles across <strong>multiple industries</strong>.</li> <li>Proven track record in <strong>enterprise-scale, multi-system integration projects</strong>.</li> <li>Strong background in <strong>digital product delivery</strong> from discovery to launch.</li> </ul><h3>2. Technical Skills</h3><ul> <li>Mastery of BPMN/UML and process mapping.</li> <li>Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, integration patterns.</li> <li>Ability to read and validate technical documentation (API specs, DB schemas).</li> <li>Hands-on with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and data analysis basics.</li> <li>Familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI, GA4, Looker).</li> </ul><h3>3. Soft Skills</h3><ul> <li>Elite-level facilitation and communication - from exec boardroom to dev standup.</li> <li>Ability to simplify complexity without losing detail.</li> <li>Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.</li> <li>Stakeholder management in high-pressure, multi-party environments.</li> <li>An excellent command of written and spoken <strong>English (C1+)</strong>.</li> </ul><h3>4.
