Position Overview

At C&S we are seeking energetic, motivated interns to join our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in gaining hands on experience in the workplace. As an Intern at C&S, you will gain real world experience through interesting, challenging and meaningful work while contributing to the bottom line. With that in mind, we have created an internship program to coach, mentor, and develop individuals through experiential learning where they can directly apply content learned in the classroom.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department.

• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

• Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights.

• Aid in further enhancing department tools, templates and methodologies

• Gain exposure and knowledge on department functionalities

• Develop positive professional relationships across departments

• Complete special projects as assigned by your manager

• Complete an end-of-internship presentation to showcase the completion of learning objectives

• Work within the mainframe system and tools supporting the order-to-cash function 

• Perform data analysis using excel and internal tools 

• Support team projects surrounding new customer integrations, system enhancements, or other topics following the project life cycle

• Compensation: 23/hr

• Full-time, 12 week+ internship from May to August 

• Location: Keene, NH Optical Ave. office with a hybrid schedule

We’re searching for interns that are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited university 

• In good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or better

• Senior standing at the time of the internship

• Currently majoring in Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related field

• Proficient with Google’s suite of products preferred 

• Proficient with Excel required

• Proficient with SQL a plus 

• Familiar with Visio a plus

• Strong communicator, both written and verbal

• Able to think outside of the box and solve problems

• Able to work both with a team and be independently successfully

• Able to stay organized and pay close attention to detail
