About the role
- Partner with the VP of IT and senior leadership to assess and evolve Gold’s Gym’s end-to-end technology strategy across the entire landscape - gym, franchise, corporate back office.
- Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of existing member management systems, data aggregation tools, and reporting technologies to identify inefficiencies and propose optimized solutions.
- Leverage hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms and ancillary fitness technologies to recommend a future-state (“TO BE”) technology suite that sets a blueprint for company and franchise gyms.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and HR stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless integration across business units.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, facilitating communication between technical vendors, in-gym personnel, and corporate leadership to drive adoption and execution.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
- Must have 12+ years of experience in Technology Innovation or Digital Transformation with at least 5 years of experience in the fitness sector.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies.
- Must have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Experience with product development and market research.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
