International Billing: Operations Associate (English only)

<p> </p> <p>What you'll be doing:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Have full ownership on end-to-end (bill to cash) billing of your own customer portfolio.</li> <li>Receive invoices from our customers that you need to validate in order to ensure that the costs occurred are valid.</li> <li>Ensure that customer and supplier disputes are investigated, discrepancies are picked up and resolved in a timely manner.</li> <li>Arrange settlements: initiate payments or collect outstanding amounts to and from partner companies in your portfolio within the given timeframes.</li> <li>Build and maintain outstanding relationship with both internal and external customers, stakeholders and provide an excellent customer experience.</li> <li>Home office is available twice per week in this role.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><br/> This role will suit you if you have the following skills:<br/>  </p> <p>Soft skills:</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements.</li> <li>Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering an excellent service.</li> <li>Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals.</li> <li>Ability to comprehend and to oversee various aspects of a problem or a situation.</li> <li>Taking the responsibility and the consequences of making decisions.</li> <li>Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy.</li> <li>Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient resolution.</li> <li>The ability to work independently.</li> <li>Full ownership of the accounts in your portfolio.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><br/> Professional skills:</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferably finance, accounting or business management area).</li> <li>Good knowledge of MS Office Applications, basic Excel skills.</li> <li>Experience in Billing, Customer Service, Account Management or Accounts Payable is an advantage.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><br/> Language skills:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>English on a fluent level is a must.</li> <li>Any other European language on a conversational level is an advantage.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>
