Experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.).
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and factory performance metrics.
Experience developing predictive or statistical models.
Demonstrated ability to lead analytics projects from concept through deployment.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with cloud data environments (Azure, AWS) or data engineering frameworks.
Background in electronics, aerospace, or complex manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with Lean, SPC for manufacturing operations, or process optimization methodologies (non-quality-driven).
Experience with MES, ERP, or factory automation systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
