40We are looking for a Regional Business Office Coordinator to help lead the way at our Winona Campus. If you’re organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting healthcare operations, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a thriving environment!
What You’ll Do:
Under the direction of the Clinic Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily activities across our business office departments. Your role will include:
Ensuring appropriate staffing coverage across departments
Identifying and communicating office service improvement needs
Office assistant and clerical work as necessary
Providing weekly updates to staff and leadership
Coordinating orientation and technical training for new business office team members
What You’ll Get:
Starting pay of $19.86/hour + more for years of relatable experience
1.0 FTE - 40 hours/week
Shifts between 8 AM - 5 PM with the potential for earlier/later scheduled times based on the needs of the clinic.

What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting required
Familiarity with billing, coding, and coordination/organizational skills
