Job Description

Working in Statkraft Corporate Project Management Office   

Corporate Project Management Office (PMO) supports business areas in Statkraft to deliver successful capital projects. To ensure efficient way of working, PMO strives for clear and standardized management processes based on project best practices, project training and lesson learned. PMO is responsible for Statkraft’s project model and facilitates project assurance activities. PMO is the product owner for the digital collaboration tool (Interaxo) used to manage all collaboration with external consultants, suppliers and cotractors performing contracted works for the project. 

We are a dedicated team, working across Statkraft by supporting capital projects in all geographies within hydropower, wind, solar, batteries and other renewable technologies. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a team player with experience with document and information management. You will in your role contribute to support projects in use of project collaboration tool and facilitate the implementation of the Statkraft project information and document management requirements. 

As a Project document manager in PMO, your role will be to: 

  • System administration and maintenance of digital project collaboration tool in the projects you are assigned to as a document manager - such as develop and maintain access rights 
  • Perform kick-off meetings to ensure that correct use of digital collaboration tool is demonstrated, educated, and agreed at project start-up 
  • Support internal project members and contractors daily 
  • Participate in Document Manager network meetings 
  • Bring lessons learned and improvement proposals to the Project Document Manager network 
  • Perform training for internal project members and contractors 

Qualifications

We are looking for experience project document managers with the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions. That includes knowledge in: 

  • ISO30301, ISO15489 
  • Document management systems 
  • Information management 
  • Capital project models 

Experiences in these areas are also useful in your role: 

  • Information architectures, metadata, retention, and access management 
  • System administration 
  • Support and training of others in use of digital systems 
  • Wind and solar projects 

About you

Fluency in written/oral English is a requirement. Scandinavian language skills would be a benefit within some of our Business Areas.  

Knowledge and Education  

Higher education is an advantage, but relevant work experience can compensate for education.
