This role proactively identifies risks, drives resolution of issues, and helps ensure successful project execution and smooth turnover to operations.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead pre-construction support activities by reviewing design deliverables, monitoring design milestones, coordinating with engineering, legal, and permitting teams, and ensuring project documentation aligns with owner objectives and contractual requirements.</li> <li>Actively manage procurement tracking by reviewing submittals for compliance, monitoring procurement schedules, tracking spare parts and long-lead items, and escalating risks that could impact schedule or cost.</li> &l
